El Pajizo, S.L.. was established in 1988 in Montalban de Cordoba, a town with an important tradition in the production and commercialisation of garlic, an activity to which our company has devoted itself to the present day.

     The installations and handling and packing processes allow us to offer the product either in bulk or packed, with a quality that exceeds the average standards of the sector. We manufacture approximately five million kilos of merchandise per year and foresee an increase to seven million in forthcoming triennium.

     All work in El Pajizo S.L. is aimed at offering a better service to garlic importers, with whom we are in direct contact through our agents.

     The garlic prepared by El Pajizo S.L. can at present be found in numerous countries of the European Union and South America, especially Brazil.

     El Pajizo S.L. has committed itself in recent years to the future by including important resources dedicated to the improvement of the Quality Control and Exporting Departments.

     At present, our Company offers diverse varieties of garlic, and a wide range of packaging, which has made us one of the most important garlic manufacturers in the sector.
